COMPETITION T&CS

  1. Participants enter or take part in the competition at their own risk and Tyjay Investments bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Tyjay Investments’ competitions.
  2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final, and no negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
  3. Participants must be eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry unless otherwise stipulated.
  4. Winners will be notified via the contact information provided by the entrant.
  5. Tyjay Investments reserves the right to limit the number of entries made by any one individual, through the various entry platforms for a competition.
  6. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor are they transferable.
  7. No prizes won or received in any Tyjay Investments competitions are for sale by the original winner to any third party.
  8. No employees and immediate family of Tyjay Investments nor their joint venture partners and their staff members or families are permitted to enter any competition run by Tyjay Investments.
  9. Tyjay Investments reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel and/or suspend any competition.
  10. The participants entering or taking part in the competition authorise Tyjay Investments to publish or distribute any or all the details of the participant and or to take pictures of the participant without any liability on the part of Tyjay Investments and or remuneration due to the participant.
  11. Whilst Tyjay Investments endeavours to send out prizes or vouchers as soon as possible after a competition has run, please allow a minimum period of at least 2 weeks for prizes to be delivered. Depending on the competition or the nature of the prize, it may take longer.

Privacy policy:

  1. No personal information will be disclosed to third parties without the user’s consent.
  2. By entering the competition or making use of the website, the user consents to the following:
    2.1. Tyjay Investments may use the user’s personal information to communicate with the user from time to time. Users may indicate if they do not wish to receive such communications; and
    2.2. Tyjay Investments may use users’ information for non-personal statistical purposes.
    2.3. Tyjay Investments retains the copyright in databases of personal information of information supplied by the users.
