How does Private Residence work?
Upon purchasing this exclusive product you have two options of choice:
HOLIDAY EXCLUSIVITY
Your purchased Points are linked to a specific week/split interval and you are guaranteed your villa/unit at your chosen time. The Holiday Exclusivity provides peace of mind for a 3-year period.
You may choose to holiday elsewhere by releasing your week/split interval and using your Points to go to:
1. Other Private Residence villas/units
2. Other Holiday Club resorts
3. Travel internationally through iExchange
POOL EXCLUSIVITY
You may use your purchased Points to access any available week from the Private Residence Pool (subject to availability) giving you exclusive access to all the best that Private Residence has to offer.
In addition you have access to all The Holiday Club Infinity benefits such as:
1. Access to any other Holiday Club resort
2. Travel internationally through iExchange
You can also upgrade at any time, increasing your Points holding
thus adding to your luxury portfolio.
